Phillip Clendenin, president of ambulatory services, and Daniel Buehler, vice president of real estate and planning, presented at ASCA 2016, the annual meeting for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA), on May 20 and 21 in Dallas. Clendenin participated in a panel discussion on Friday titled “A View from the Corner Office.” Buehler presented Saturday discussing┬áthe top 10 issues to consider when planning, designing, constructing, licensing and getting certification for an ASC.

“I have been amazed to see the increasing level of interest in the outpatient/ambulatory setting over the last few years,” Buehler said. “What we believed would happen is definitely happening.”
