New BayCare Surgery Center Opens with Ribbon Cutting

The ribbon cutting for the new BayCare Surgery Center, formerly Trinity Surgery Center, took place on August 20. The new facility is more than 15,000 square feet with four operating rooms and three procedure rooms. The center’s surgical specialties include cosmetic/reconstructive surgery, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, podiatry and urology. ¬† Present at the ceremony were State Representative Amanda Murphy (Fla.), New Port Richey City Manager Debbie Manns, Vice President, BayCare Ambulatory¬†Donna St. Louis and President, Morton Plant North Bay Hospital Mike Yungmann, along with members of the AMSURG corporate team.
