AmSurg Acquires National Surgical Care

AmSurg and National Surgical Care (NSC) are now officially operating as one. Effective this September, AmSurg Corp. welcomed NSC into the AmSurg Family. AmSurg purchased substantially all of NSC’s assets including 17 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), 15 multi-specialty centers and two specializing in gastroenterology procedures.
