AMSURG’s Claire Gulmi, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will be inducted into the YWCA‘s 2016 Academy for Women of Achievement. Gulmi, along with seven other inductees, will be honored at the 25th annual Academy for Women of Achievement celebration and dinner on October 6 at the Omni Hotel in Nashville.
Each year the YWCA of Nashville & Middle Tennessee and its Academy for Women of Achievement (AWA) honor those women whose leadership inspires others to succeed.
“This year’s honorees have made and are continuing to make significant contributions to their community,” said Mary Winn Pilkington, AWA co-chairwoman. “Middle Tennessee is a better place because of their inspiring work, and we are excited to honor them in October.”
