AMSURG’s Louisville Endoscopy Center, Ky., was once again honored by the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy‘s (ASGE) Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program for demonstrating “a commitment to delivering quality and safety as reflected in their unit policies, credentialing, staff training and competency assessment, and quality improvement activities.”
“Rosemary [Gentry] (center leader for Louisville Endoscopy Center) deserves all of the credit for this special recognition for Louisville Endoscopy Center (LEC) by the ASGE,” said AMSURG partner Paul Brown, M.D. “Her management skills, work ethic, attention to detail and her tenacity to always strive for excellence made us eligible for the award. Rosemary attended the ASGE Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program conference, initiated the recommendations and followed through with all the paperwork in order for us to actually receive the award/recognition. Rosemary is a real pro, and the success of LEC is directly attributable to all of her efforts and good work.”
Congratulations to the Physicians, Center Leaders and staff for achieving this great honor!
